TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MOZUTO.COM ONLINE STORE

OneStop Digital LLC conducts business in the distribution of digital content and electronic products, including in particular gift cards, vouchers, activation codes, and other forms of digital instruments enabling purchases or access to online services and platforms.

Accordingly, OneStop Digital LLC establishes these Terms and Conditions, which define the rules for using the Mozuto.com service and constitute a legally binding agreement between OneStop Digital LLC and users of the services provided through the website, delivered electronically.

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store Mozuto.com (“Store”), in particular the rules for concluding sales agreements for digital products and providing services electronically.
  2. The operator of the Store and the seller is OneStop Digital LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at: 927 Main St 300, Evanston, Wyoming 82930, USA (“Seller”).
  3. The Store sells exclusively digital products, in particular activation codes, digital keys, gift cards, vouchers, and other electronic content enabling access to external services or platforms.
  4. Products offered in the Store are digital and single-use, and are delivered electronically.

§ 2 DEFINITIONS

  1. Seller – OneStop Digital LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at: 927 Main St 300, Evanston, Wyoming 82930, USA.
  2. Store – the website available at Mozuto.com.
  3. Customer – a natural or legal person making a purchase in the Store.
  4. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person purchasing not directly related to their business activity.
  5. Product – digital content, including codes, keys, vouchers, or other electronic elements.
  6. Product Activation – the moment the Product is made available to the Customer (e.g. code display or electronic delivery).
  7. Fulfilled Product – a Product that has been delivered to the Customer.
  8. Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to purchase a Product.
  9. Account – an individual Customer panel in the Store.
  10. Payment – settlement of the order price.

§ 3 NATURE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

  1. All Products offered in the Store are digital.
  2. Order fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed, either automatically or manually.
  3. Products are delivered exclusively electronically:
    • to the Customer’s Store Account, or
    • to the email address provided in the order.
  4. Making the Product available constitutes full fulfillment of the order.
  5. Once a Product is delivered, it is considered used and fully fulfilled.

§ 4 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

  1. Product information in the Store constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract.
  2. A sales agreement is concluded at the moment of:
    • payment completion, and
    • delivery of the Product to the Customer.
  3. The Seller may refuse to fulfill an order in case of:
    • suspected fraud,
    • violation of the Terms and Conditions,
    • technical errors,
    • fraud or chargeback risk.

§ 5 PAYMENTS

  1. The Customer may pay using available payment methods in the Store.
  2. Payments are processed by external payment providers.
  3. The Seller does not store payment card data.
  4. In case of failed payment, the order is not processed.
  5. The Seller may suspend order processing until transaction verification is completed.

§ 6 WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

  1. A Consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
  2. Pursuant to Article 38 of consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
    • supply of digital content,
    • if performance has begun with the Customer’s explicit consent,
    • after being informed about loss of withdrawal rights.
  3. The Customer agrees to immediate order fulfillment.
  4. The right of withdrawal expires once the Product is delivered.
  5. Digital Products are considered fully fulfilled upon delivery.

§ 7 COMPLAINTS

  1. The Customer has the right to submit complaints in case of:
    • Product not working,
    • non-delivery of Product,
    • technical errors on the Seller’s side.

  3. A complaint should include:
    • order number,
    • description of the issue,
    • contact details.
  4. Complaints are processed within up to 14 days.

§ 8 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

  1. The Customer agrees to:
    • provide true and accurate data,
    • use the Store in accordance with the law,
    • not engage in fraudulent activities.
  2. It is prohibited to:
    • misuse payment systems,
    • initiate unjustified chargebacks,
    • attempt to bypass Store security mechanisms.

§ 9 TRANSACTION SECURITY

  1. The Seller applies transaction verification systems to prevent fraud.
  2. Orders may be processed automatically or manually verified.
  3. The Seller may:
    • suspend order fulfillment,
    • request additional verification,
    • cancel an order in case of fraud risk.

§ 10 LIABILITY

  1. The Seller is not responsible for:
    • incorrect use of the Product,
    • regional incompatibility,
    • actions of external platforms (e.g. Steam, PlayStation, Xbox),
    • loss of user account access.
  2. The Customer is responsible for checking Product compatibility before purchase.

  2. Data is processed solely for order fulfillment and Store operation.

§ 12 COPYRIGHT

  1. All Store content is the property of the Seller or cooperating entities.
  2. Copying, modifying, or using content without permission is prohibited.

  3. Agreements are governed by the law applicable to the Seller’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
  4. Matters not regulated herein are governed by applicable law.
